In response to a request from Westat in 2023 for recruiting training, I curated a specialized curriculum to enhance the recruitment skills for managers. This program encompassed an innovative e-learning module, providing a flexible and interactive platform for learning key principles. Additionally, participants engaged in a targeted job description workshop to refine their ability to attract top-tier candidates. The program concluded with a focus on interviewing best practices, which ensured hiring managers possess the skills necessary to identify and select the best talent for critical projects. With a commitment to excellence, this training initiative equipped the team with the tools needed to excel in the competitive realm of government contracting.
